Donation Refund Eligibility: ​

  • Chhaya Foundation will consider refund requests for donations made in error or processed incorrectly.
  • We may also offer refunds in cases where the donation was made fraudulently or without the donor's authorization.

Refund Process:​

  • To request a refund, please contact our Donor Services team at chhaya.org.in@gmail.com or call us at 8010318285. Kindly provide details about the donation, such as the date, amount, and payment method used.
  • All refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of the donation

Donation Return Policy:

  • Chhaya Foundation does not accept returns of donations unless they were made in error or processed incorrectly.
  • In case of erroneous donations, we will work with you to rectify the error and guide you through the refund process.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Once a refund request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process promptly.
  • Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation of Recurring Donations:

  • If you wish to cancel a recurring donation, please inform us at least 7 days before the next scheduled payment.
  • We will make every effort to accommodate your request and ensure that no further payments are deducted
