Breaking down the stigma, one person at a time, with personalized care and support.

Mental health counseling services offered by the Chhaya Foundation are designed to provide emotional support and guidance to affected individuals and families. The counseling team is made up of mental health professionals who are trained to work with individuals and families who are experiencing trauma, grief, and other emotional difficulties.

The counseling services provided include individual therapy sessions, family therapy, and group therapy sessions. The individual therapy sessions are designed to provide a safe and confidential space for individuals to process their emotions and feelings. The family therapy sessions aim to provide support and guidance for families to work through the trauma together and learn how to cope with the situation. Group therapy sessions provide a supportive environment for individuals and families to connect with others who understand their experiences and learn from one another.

The counselors use evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy to help individuals and families cope with the emotional difficulties they are facing. They also provide education and guidance on self-care and coping strategies to help individuals and families manage their emotional well-being. The counseling services are available to individuals of all ages, including children, teens, and adults.
